What do you get back?

Subsidy, VAT and loans for your home, business or club. With source and date, because the rules change.

Free and without obligation.

A heat pump next to a cutaway house.

ISDE afterwards for your home, within 24 months0% VAT on solar panels at your homeThe ISDE application we do it for you

Subsidy for your home.

  • € 1,025 + € 225 per kW

    For a heat pump (ISDE)

For your first air-to-water heat pump, plus € 200 for energy label A+++. RVO, the government agency that runs the ISDE, uses the capacity from its own list of eligible models (meldcodelijst), not the number in the product name. A 4 kW heat pump with A+++ therefore gets € 2,125. You apply after installation, within 24 months. We do the application.

  • € 225 per kW

Sign in 2026 to keep this amount

If you sign the quote or order confirmation in 2026 and we install in 2027, the 2026 amount applies. For 2027, € 120 per kW has been proposed, with € 200 extra for a smart heat pump and € 250 for A+++. That is still a plan.

  • For insulation (ISDE)

Homeowners get a fixed amount per m². For a single measure, this includes:

    • roof € 16.25
    • cavity wall € 5.25
    • facade € 20.25
    • floor € 5.50
    • HR++ glass € 25
    • triple or vacuum glass in new frames € 111

If you take a second measure within 24 months, a heat pump also counts, the amount doubles. Since 2026 there is also a one-off € 400 for ventilation, but only together with insulation.

  • Solar panels and battery

The ISDE subsidy does not cover solar panels or a home battery.

VAT.

  • 0%

    VAT on solar panels

On solar panels on or next to your home. You do not need to register with the Belastingdienst, the Dutch tax authority, for this.

  • 21%

    VAT on a home battery

    You can reclaim it if:

    • the battery has an energy management system to trade in electricity
    • you have a dynamic contract with a payment for feed-in
    • the invoice and contract are in your name
    • you are not in the small business scheme (KOR)

Reclaim it no later than 6 months after the year of purchase. If you are in the KOR, deregister first, no later than 4 weeks before a new quarter. After that you pay VAT on the feed-in payment, and for five years on what you use privately. Where possible, we arrange the application.

Borrowing.

  • From € 1,000

    Borrowing from the Warmtefonds

With the Energiebespaarlening (energy saving loan) you pay in instalments, for example for insulation, a heat pump, solar panels and a home battery. Up to € 29,000, over 7, 10 or 15 years, above € 15,000 also 20. With a gross income below € 60,000 a year, 0% interest is possible. A gas boiler (cv-ketel) only together with a hybrid heat pump. Air conditioning is not possible, an EV charger is not on the list. Let op! Geld lenen kost geld. (Borrowing money costs money.)

Municipality, province and VvE.

Besides the ISDE, there are schemes per place of residence, and for owners’ associations (VvE).

  • Your municipality or province

Municipalities and provinces sometimes have their own subsidy. You can see which ones exist where you live in the Energiesubsidiewijzer (energy subsidy finder). If you live in Groningen or in Aa en Hunze, Noordenveld or Tynaarlo, there is no ISDE for insulating the home you own. Nij Begun applies there, with better conditions.

  • Subsidy for a VvE

A VvE (owners’ association), woonvereniging or wooncoöperatie (housing cooperative) can get a subsidy for research, advice, measures and charging points. That is the SVVE from RVO. You can apply up to and including 2030.

  • Borrowing for a VvE

A VvE can borrow from the Warmtefonds for insulation, a heat pump or solar panels, for example. Maintenance can be included in the same loan, up to half the amount. The members must agree.

For your business.

  • Apply in advance (ISDE)

Businesses apply for the ISDE before the purchase. RVO rejects an application made afterwards. It is possible for a heat pump, a solar water heater or a small wind turbine.

  • Applying in 2026

If you apply by 31 December 2026, the 2026 amount applies. Applications for 2027 open on 5 January 2027.

  • Insulation and the EIA

For businesses, insulation does not fall under the ISDE. It can fall under the energy investment allowance (EIA). We advise. Your accountant reports it to RVO.

For your club.

We work out with you which scheme fits and prepare the application together.

  • BOSA, for sports facilities

The budget for 2026 has run out. For energy measures in 2026 you could only apply afterwards, for work already done in 2025. The scheme for 2027 is still a draft.

  • DUMAVA, for public buildings

Also for sports facilities. The 2026 round closed on 16 October. It gave 20% for single measures, 30% for doing everything at once and up to 40% for a high energy performance. If your club already has solar panels, DUMAVA can also cover a battery, the minister wrote on 25-09-2026. The scheme opens every year up to and including 2030. The date for 2027 is not yet known.
